We are now accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives at our office in Reno . We provide customers with the everyday value and uncompromising face to face customer service that has made us so successful. Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Representing our established client(s) and their brands with superior customer service

  • Maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working under pressure

  • Handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face

  • Thorough attention to detail when verifying customer information and processing orders

  • Working to exceed targets and goals set by our clients

  • Using best judgement to ascertain whether a customer qualifies for current promotions for various products and services offered by specific retail partners

  • 0-5 years maximum experience - we prefer to train our future managers

  • Student-mentality with a desire to grow and develop everyday

  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our office daily

*Please note:   This is an Entry Level position, with the opportunity for growth and rapid advancement through our Management Training Program. If you are looking to step directly into a management position, this is NOT the position for you. Our company firmly believes in promotion from within, and regardless of past experience, we wish to develop our leaders from Entry Level into management in order to preserve our team culture.
