Community Manager

The Community Manager is responsible for the oversight of onsite operations including the general administration and maintenance of the property; direction and control of all personnel and resources; and fiscal operations. The Community Manager is tasked with hiring, training, and evaluating the property staff. It is the Community Manager’s responsibility to maintain timely and courteous communications with residents, applicants and vendors.


The successful candidate will be well versed in budgeting, property accounting, reporting, and effectively managing property team.
