Our client is looking for several Customer Service/Call center agents to work from home until COVID restrictions are up. After the restrictions are up you must work on site in Durham, NC. Must be technically savvy with the ability to work with MS office. Type 45 WPM or more.
Will provide 30 days of training. After 30 days on the job a raise is in place for good performance and attendance.
Must posses a high school diploma and 6-18 months work experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with computers & good typing skills.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to multi task.
Handle data effectively.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Willing to work in shifts - Hours are Monday - Friday 7AM - 7PM will need to work an 8 hour shift.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must complete a video interview.
Will work to determine patient insurance eligibility through electronic submission or manual phone call; contact insurance company to verify insurance eligibility and benefits structure.
Will be doing identification and need for, submitting of, and obtaining of required Insurance Payor Prior Authorizations for treatment, including preparation and submission of payor specific authorization forms and medical necessity documentation. Monitoring of Prior Authorization time periods, queuing of expiring Prior Authorizations for action to obtain Prior Authorization renewals.
Will review/data entry of insurance payor eligibility, benefits responses, and Prior Authorization information including setting up of appropriate payor codes in the applicable operating systems.
