We are The Network, LLC your one stop site for all residential and commercial telecommunication needs. We are currently looking to expand our AT&T/DTV B2C team and opportunities in the San Antonio, TX market.


Ideal candidates for our Sales Rep position will be active, energetic, organized professionals who present well and excel at breaking the ice with new people in-person every day. We provide all the tools and training to be highly successful and seek top performers to step up into leadership roles and unlimited opportunities.


Compensation:

  • Commission on every sale and there is no cap on commissions (our entry level, no previous experience reps average $40K-$55K per year)
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses
  • Paid Weekly
  • Open for promotions based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily in-person prospecting of new customers in the greater San Antonio, TX market.
  • In-person consultations & presentations of our services
  • Achieving monthly sales goals for new contracts and revenue contracted
  • Developing relationships & following-up with prospects
  • This position is focused on new business rather than up-selling or maintaining current accounts

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and present well in a formal business environment
  • Must be able to get around gatekeepers & build rapport with everybody you meet
  • This is a highly active, results-oriented position. Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals
  • We value previous outside sales experience, but do not require it. We will train the right candidates
