Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an highly proficient Onsite Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of their excellent organizations located in Orange, CA!
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first line of contact for Health’s members and providers. The incumbent will assist members and providers with questions related to the Medi-Cal programs for Orange County. The incumbent will resolve member inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively. The incumbent will provide information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services to Health’s eligible members and providers.
Work Hours : 8 AM - 5PM PST. (40 hours a week)
Pay Rate: $20.81/hr
