CSS CORP In Draper is hiring for entry level tech support! You MUST be able to complete the following:

Help with printer Issues (ie. Connect to a wireless printer)
Install/uninstall Anti-Virus Software
Knowledge of remote log
Configuring Outlook

The representative provides tech support over the phone. We’re a fast-growing, global technology company, with over 5,500 technology professionals across 16 global locations. We provide IT Services and Technology Support solutions for over 140 clients, including Fortune 1000 enterprises, that count on our expertise.
The team supports/troubleshoot issues related to all devices connected to a network.
Providing a high level of resolution support to multiple business customer types, adapting to their varying needs and requirements
Being solution oriented and proactive, providing first call resolution eliminating repeat calls and reducing unnecessary transfers
Maintaining an in-depth level of knowledge regarding product offerings, network capabilities, and position them as strategic solutions in a business environment.
Applying technical knowledge to resolve customer issues and provide assistance on evolving technologies through effective troubleshooting.
