Large sized construction company in Alpharetta seeking a full time administrative assistant for the accounting department. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Weekly data entry of subcontractor budget codes into software
Accurate and efficient filing and organizing of electronic and physical documents and files
Performing various clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the controller
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties
Assist with the organization of confidential company information
Working knowledge of bookkeeping theories and accepted office procedures
Must be accurate, detail oriented and meet strict deadlines
Ability to prepare records in a systematic, neat, legible manner
Ability to use a computer and computer software to create spreadsheets and databases
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
Experience and Training
High School Diploma or its equivalent required
Profiocient in Microsoft Word and Excel
