  • Generates reports on an ad-hoc basis to support various audit and/or compliance requirement
  • Works with colleagues both inside and outside of the IT organization to support the creation and delivery of various forms of technical training through the LMS and other vehicles
  • Organizes training venues, logistics, transport, accommodations as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery, including virtual and in-person trainings
  • The ability to adapt and handle multiple projects with different priority levels must also be obtained for this kind of job.
  • Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications, including Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, Flash, exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills, along with a strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are preferred

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support the administrators of LMS, including enrolling users and assigning curriculum and courses
  • Help to reset passwords in the LMS
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of users’ personal information
  • Upload course descriptions and deploy content
  • Serve as an escalation contact for users
  • Create and maintain LMS processes and procedures as appropriate
  • Support and improve curriculum for new and existing customers to help meet their needs
  • Defining user roles.
  • Creating learning courses.
  • Providing personal feedback for the learners
  • Actively participate in the process of information exchange
  • Assist in the process of the review creation
  • Audit and monitor data integrity within LMS
  • Generate and manage training within the Learning Management System
  • Consult through trainers on scheduling of training for the region
  • Make consultations with other teams in order to implement the best learning practices
  • Recognize and resolve the issues that may appear when it comes to course design, its configuration or infrastructure
  • Make sure that the LMS works properly
  • Affirm innovative and cultivated ideas and developments
  • Is a quick-witted person eager to learn, with an eye for details
  • Assist in the tracking of course information, including revisions and history
  • Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of LMS changes, updates, and upgrades
