Job Description


PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking talent for several clients we represent. These positions include Administrative Assistants, Data Entry, Clerical and other Front Office support roles for a variety of administrative functions. We are looking for people with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills,, as well as exposure to Accounting, Inventory, HR Functions and Customer Service. Our office in Northern Kentucky is seeking candidates for several positions with clients in the area.

Job Responsibilities


As an key member of the support team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and/or clerical function to include; managing calendars, answering phone calls, order entry, tracking shipments, providing information and sending emails. You may also be responsible for support tasks in inventory, tracking payroll hours, customer service support and following up with outside vendors. These positions will report to a manager or supervisor.


Additional responsibilities of these positions may include:

  • Generating reports using various MS office applications
  • Typing Documents, Modifying Spreadsheets
  • Interfacing with external vendors or suppliers
  • Entering Data into various systems or technology platforms
  • Providing support for multiple projects
  • Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate would have at least 6 months experience in a similar role. You must have strong computer skills and ability to be self driven and effective at managing multiple priorities at once. We are looking for someone that has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Someone who can take on more responsibility and is proactive....not just waiting to be told what to do, but can see opportunities to help out.


Additional requirements will include, but vary based on each specific role:

  • General knowledge of common used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
  • Self starter confident enough to contact vendors, suppliers and external parties to resolve issues
  • Strong technical skills in key strokes, typing and accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to make decisions on your own and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High School Degree
  • Skills on MS office suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
