IFS is currently seeking to hire a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will be the product expert helping customers with challenging issues they are experiencing with IFS software products.


  • Provide best-in-class customer support

  • Setup and train new customers on our solution

  • Work closely with the Product Management team

  • Provide quality assurance for customer specific enhancement requests

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with web and mobile device technologies

  • Willingness to learn

  • Experience working in the construction or service industry a plus

  • Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) and or Sage 100 (Masterbuilder) is a plus

  • Ability to use positive language

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
