IFS is currently seeking to hire a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will be the product expert helping customers with challenging issues they are experiencing with IFS software products.
Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer support
Setup and train new customers on our solution
Work closely with the Product Management team
Provide quality assurance for customer specific enhancement requests

Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with web and mobile device technologies
Willingness to learn
Experience working in the construction or service industry a plus
Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) and or Sage 100 (Masterbuilder) is a plus
Ability to use positive language
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
