·         Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates

·         Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts

·         Attend industry conferences, webinars and events


25% Research and Sourcing

·          Build and execute sourcing plans to develop and maintain candidate pipelines

·          Create candidate shortlists in Bullhorn based on job or search specifications

·          Develop strong proficiencies with online research tools and Boolean search string methodologies

25% InMails, Emails, Social Media and Admin

·          Use project lists to send rounds of InMails from management’s account for each viable project

·          Create, maintain, and add new contacts to email distribution lists, driving the creation of content (with team’s support); follow up on leads generated/ clicked links and respond to replies

·          Maintain social media, post, manage responses

·          Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing trends

·          Develop a posting schedule and continuously engage with the market place through creative posts on social media

·          Coordinate call scheduling and follow up with outstanding action items and messaging

·          Maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system and update client information

50% outbound cold calling lead generation

·          Responsible for cultivating daily client prospect lists

·          Daily client prospect list outreach

·          Create multiple touch plans for each prospect including follow up emails


  • 1-2+ years of recruiting or sales/business development experience; high-volume phone experience highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience wwith Bullhorn or a similar ATS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Industry, client & candidate research
  • Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive candidates
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a team player
  • Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
  • Flexibility & ability to overcome rejection
  • High energy and competitive personality with the ability and motivation to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding business development goals in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
