The successful customer sales associate candidate will have the ability to manage dealing with client and customer queries, have excellent communication skills, be well-mannered and sincerely interested in helping other people and providing the best sales service. Business Assistant Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· You'll be out and about interacting with the public

· You'll help our clients increase their market share and brand awareness through these upbeat, positive interactions.

· You'll take pride in the level of your customer service! It's the sort of service that you want your customers talking to others about.

· You'll be guiding customers through the sales and post-sale process to ensure their longevity and satisfaction

· You'll be taking accountability and ownership of personal and team sales targets and customer satisfaction

· You'll be responsible for pro-active communication to customers, mentors, clients and team members

· You'll be working with other members of the sales teams to set and deliver customer expectations

· You must be willing to learn about and keep updated on our clients and their products and services.

  • Conduct daily meetings with business development associates to prioritize activities
  • Change at any time due to business needs
  • Encourage better understanding of business opportunities
  • Ensure the business development team is effectively utilizing resources
  • Stimulate strategic thinking in support of business direction
  • Advising assistant reports to the assistant dean
  • Calculate and process business licenses and permits
  • Build and work a book of business from provided leads
  • Manage the daily operation of support services and business office operations for regional administrative functions
  • Provide business operations support throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Job Requirements

Note: All candidates must be over the age of 18 and eligible to work in the USA.

We provide full training for the right candidates. A four year degree is preferred but not 100% required for the right candidate. This position is paid on a combination of base, commission, and bonuses.
