Would you like to work with the Receiving team of professionals who are highly motivated, believe in teamwork, and have fun in a hardworking environment? We are currently seeking a Material Handler to work in our Stevens Point facility. The Material Handler is responsible for maintaining and organizing the warehouse to effectively and efficiently supply product to manufacturing and fulfillment for production and order needs.

 We’re hiring for 1st shift- Mon – Fri - 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Responsible for the movement of products from quarantine, back stock, pick locations and the manufacturing air locks and the corresponding NAV movements to accurately report the inventory and location.
  • Responsible for related NAV functions including item reclassification, inventory maintenance, bin management, supply storage and distribution and other NAV related functions and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and manage pallets and product storage per SOP’s and work instructions; organize and clean the warehouse and storage areas as required to meet cGMP requirements
  • Inspect product for quality defects and inform supervisor of any circumstances that may affect the integrity of the raw materials, components or finished goods
  • Conduct daily inspections and logs for forklifts, trucks, pallets and visitor check in as required by company policy
  • Perform daily cycle counting and end of year physical inventory; perform count verification, manage, and investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions to supervisors
  • Responsible for being proactive to provide a clean, safe and sanitary environment for the handling of inventory in accordance with company policy and abiding with all safety regulations, standards and FDA/GMP compliance guidelines
  • Provide assistance when necessary in the assembly of transfers


  • Minimum 18 years of age with a work permit, working towards or completed a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, emails, SOP’s, labeling instructions and other materials required.  Ability to write legible short correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization.  Must effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.  
  • Ability to add, subtract, and multiply applying mathematical concepts when needed. 
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
