Job Description

ICI Homes is currently seeking to hire a Warranty Coordinator who will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The ideal candidate must possess great customer service skills, be extremely organized, detailed and able to multitask. 


·         Receive and track warranty forms

·         Correspond with homeowners as necessary to gather information and follow-up as required (verbal and/or written correspondence may apply)

·         Answer and address customer service calls

·         Data entry into our tracking system

·         Distribute work order requests to the responsible field representative

·         Assist field personnel in contacting subcontractors for repairs

·         File all completed work orders

·         Track all correspondence with homeowners

Job Requirements

A.    High school diploma or equivalent required

B.     Minimum 2 years related experience in customer service/call center

C.     Microsoft office proficient with emphasis in excel
