· Answer telephone promptly and professional, takes messages and transfers call as necessary.
· Retrieves messages from mailbox and distributes accordingly
· Extends a prompt, polite and professional greeting to all visitors, notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrival and directs visitor to correct area
· Receives packages
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as operating calculators or computers to work with Microsoft Office.
- Performs clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
· Maintains professional conduct and appearance, and ensures that, kitchen, conference room, and waiting and reception areas are clean and tidy at all times
· Orders and maintains office supplies

Education and/or Experience
· High School Graduate or equivalent required
· 1-2 years related experience preferred
· Driver’s license required
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
· Proficiency utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to use general office equipment, such as a computer, telephone, printer and copier
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others
