Title: Customer Service Representative 1

Reports to: Office Manager/ Senior Service Representative

Department: Front Office / Customer Service

Job Location: West Chester, OH

Employment Status: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Nutritional Medicinals, LLC is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented customer service representative preferably with a passion for organic whole foods nutrition and being part of a company that helps those in need with the nourishment to thrive. We make and sell organic whole food feeding tube formulas and meal replacements under the brand name Functional Formularies (functionalformularies.com). Our leading products are Liquid Hope and Nourish.

 

Job Summary

As directed, provides routine and non-routine customer service and business operations and administrative support to the office. Takes customer orders, answers general customer inquiries via phone and email, responds to customer complaints and issues, processes customer orders.

 

Job Duties

·       Provides customer service

·       Process customer orders and shipments

·       Answers general customer inquiries via phone, email and website

·       Responds to customer complaints and issues or passes customer information/inquiry to appropriate employee

·       Develop or maintain information tracking systems

·       Provide ad hoc support to other departments and management

·       Comply with all company policies and procedures

·       Other duties as assigned
