Our client, a Virginia Beach Customer Service Call Center, needs qualified Customer Service Reps to help customers in their Customer Service Support Center.
This is an Entry Level, permanent position. A great place to start your working career with a company is at the bottom and work your way up...this is a large, growing company that you can do that with !
You will be assisting customers calling in to schedule appointments or responding to customer's questions and assisting them with questions and issues.
You need to be available 6 days a week - between 7am - 9pm - (to include some Saturdays)
- MUST be flexible with your schedule and willing to work when needed. You need to be open to work some split shifts as needed.
- This is an evaluation hire, permanent position. (This is NOT a temp job)
