The Maintenance/ Tool Shop Supervisor is responsible for performing the following functions



                  1) Development and supervision of all maintenance and tooling activities, with safety of associates being priority   2) Leading preventive maintenance of molds and mold reliability 3)Leads the team by proactively resolving employee issues, builds team work,  and ensures adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner 4) Completes all documentation needed for HR 5) Establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program and handling apartment turn    processes, periodic inspections and capital improvements.   6) Prioritize work orders and schedule techs according to necessity of orders   7) Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times   8) Perform other duties as directed by Management.                                                                                  
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED                               1) High school diploma or equivalent. 2) Three years maintenance and/or tooling experience. 3) Three years supervisory experience. 4) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 5) Knowledge of technical equipment.   6) Physical requirements:      a) Subjected to lifting fifty (50) pounds      b) Repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing and  sitting, with or without       accommodation.
