Job Description

Great Opportunity for the right individual that is looking for a Human Resources/Payroll role!

The position is to Manage and Oversee OnBoarding and Payroll processes for a National Staffing firm - SearchPros.  Deliver 5 Star Customer Service to our internal/external customers daily by communicating with internal & temporary staff and driving department and company policies and goals. Creating and maintaining procedural documentation and processes to ensure 100% Compliance of each SLA (Service Level Agreement) accurately, efficiently and with a timely turnaround.  Effective management of client relationships to support successful contract execution.

  • Develop and manage relationships of existing clientele with strategic partnering and contracting activities

  • Coordinate evaluation of contract terms and SLA requirements to ensure compliance and delivery of all contract requirements

  • Manage Onboarding Team – oversight and complete responsibility of dynamic team

  • Manage vendor relationships from Applicant Tracking Systems, Vendor Management Systems, Background Check, etc.

  • Ensure Compliance of HR Rules by countract, county, state and Federal rules
  • Manage Start and End Process for all working Contractors

  • Identify and implement department processes necessary to improve production and efficiency.

  • Manage in-processing of new job requisitions from multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) by distributing to recruiters according to management practices.

  • Manage and lead all administration tasks required to complete on-boarding processes and sufficiently support client.

  • Manage candidate relationship with all client pre-identified contractors ongoing throughout assignment.

  • Facilitate employee relations in collaboration with HR efforts to maintain satisfactory contractor experience from onboarding to assignment completion.

  • Manage all onboarding processes within Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Communicate with recruiting team daily for effective collaboration of contract execution.

  • Ensure that all candidate documents follow company policies and effectively/efficiently respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure all client requirements and on-boarding practices are followed and measured.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve policies and procedures.

  • Consult with management team on companywide processes.

  • Responsible for delivering weekly/monthly metrics report to management.

Responsible for maintaining all procedural documents for internal onboarding processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • Minimum 7+ Years fast paced Staffing Industry experience required –in Sales, Recruitment and Onboarding.

  • Multi Program/Contract Management Experience

  • Prior supervisory/management experience required

  • Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment desired.

  • Strong leadership skills with effective communication to drive team results.

  • Proven fanatical approach to documentation and continuous processes improvements

  • Ability to perform successfully while working under pressure with strict deadlines.

  • Demonstrate ability to successfully handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.

  • Excellent customer service skills and recollection/memory

  • Ability to manage a team within a production-oriented environment.

  • Ability to think independently to solve problems with a sense of urgency.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word and Outlook.
