Well-established service-based company based in north central Connecticut has an opportunity for a full-time, strategic-minded process improvement executive to create a business strategy to improve efficiency in all areas of the company’s operations, quality, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean, will have at least 10 years of business process improvement experience to include implementing change management initiatives across diverse functions.
● Solid understanding of quality methodology
● Demonstrated problem solving, negotiation, analytical and creative thinking skills to include conducting process mapping and root cause analysis
● Demonstrated ability to build team capabilities from the ground up
● Strong organizational and communication skills - in particular experience in communicating with all staff levels and relating complex information clearly and succinctly
● Ability to work independently under limited direction, managing multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability to thoroughly document all investigative processes as well as resulting improvement recommendations
● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or experience in service delivery a plus
