Position Description:

We are looking for a talented Account Manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work as an integral part of the Sales Support and Broker Account Rep team to seek out and build new business for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business to business sales utilizing a strategic and consultative sales approach. The Business Development Rep will understand market trends and competition within the merchant cash advance and lending space and become familiar with potential clients who do not yet do business with the company.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and maintain important revenue generating client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Identify and meet potential customers and maximize referral potentials
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email to maintain and grow partnerships
Ensure the company meets revenue and profit goals
Develop, propose, execute, audit, optimize and report on business development goals
Spot trends and identify ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams
Have knowledge on social media marketing platform
Have the ability to do tele sales
Be confident in the ability to cold call
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, professional relationship building and decision making skills
Must possess excellent analytical skills and a high degree of integrity
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
Conduct high volume outbound calls to business owners nationwide offering top tier financing products (250-400 outbound calls a day)
Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to transfer
Clearly communicate and explain product details, application process, and applicable cost accurately to ensure that the process is a positive experience for the client.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma 
BS Degree in Finance, Business or other related field preferred 
1+ years Industry Experience a plus. Experience across Merchant Cash Advance, Capital Lending, Funding or Bank Lending preferred. 
At least 2 years of sales experience preferred

Physical Demands: 

The physical demands of the position are typical of those found in a traditional office environment. Employee will not need to walk significant distances nor lift substantial weight. Employee will need to be able to remain seated at a desk for 8-9 hours in a typical workday.
