  1. Handle CEO’s calendar by sending out event invites, coordinating meetings, and giving CEO reminders to ensure promptness on his behalf.
  2. Assist answering company phone calls and routing them to the correct person.
  3. Managing Admin inbox and replying to all emails received.
  4. Assist CEO.
    1. Manage person items/matters 
    2. Administer meals and snacks to executive.
    3. Walk dog.
  5. Manage personal matters.
  6. Onboard new Sales Partners.
  7. Provide clerical support to all departments.
  8. Provide assistance with IT issues by working remotely with off-site Network Administrative Support.
  9. Organize company events and all other related preparations.
  10. Prepare company memos and interoffice communications.
  11. Data Entry.
  12. Greet visitors.
  13. Other duties as needed.
