Job Description

Are you a Client Services Assistant with excellent organizational skills and enjoys providing top-notch customer service? Are you a Client Services Assistant looking to work for a company that has a great benefits package? 

Our client has been providing financial services for 30 years.  As their business continues to grow, they are excited for the opportunity to add new members to their team. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Client Services Assistant, you will answer and distribute calls, greet clients / guests, create and compile data and presentations for client meetings, process investment transactions, open new client accounts, complete account applications / paperwork, communicate and exchange information with clients, accountants, fund managers, and custodians, provide support and serve as backup to the supervisor, distribute incoming mail, maintain marketing folders and materials, assist the CEO when needed, run office errands as needed, provide backup support for other administrative duties. 

  • Attend client meetings
  • Create and maintain client files 
  • Provide customer service

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Comfortable working at the front desk and answering calls 
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Associate’s degree in an administrative field is a plus
  • Strong typing skills
  • Basic / intermediate MSWD and Excel skills 
  • Basic PowerPoint skills are ideal 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm – extended hours will be required 
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Client Services Assistant position: $15.00 - $18.00 / hr.
