As an Entry Level Sales Representative working with Project Nia, our Representative will be working within the exciting and fast-paced telecommunications, technology, wireless, and entertainment department. Our customers are lookin g for guidance through the buying process and Project Nia is known for exceptional customer experiences. Working alongside Sales Management, Our Sales Representatives focus on new business development and customer retention.
Manage and take ownership of all leads generated through our retail partners and references.
Professionally speak with prospects as the primary point of contact from the sale to close while achieving total customer satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries
Gather and enter customer information into our CRM database through Salesforce
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Work with all departments to ensure accurate and timely information is passed along to customers
Stay up to date with client compliance requirements
Assist in training classes when needed
Report accurate daily numbers
Maintain a positive, fun attitude!
