We are looking for candidates with great customer focus, computer proficiency, good communication skills and strong attention to detail. This is a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding wireless handset insurance claims.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
Walk customers through claim procedures when necessary
Provide 1 call resolution
Follow up with customers when needed either via email or callback
Ensure all company required procedures are followed
Provide pertinent and timely information to all customers
PERKS: · You will be an employee, not an independent contractor · Keep the same shift for 6 months · Two weeks of vacation, three sick days and three personal days yearly · Two consecutive days off weekly · Full benefits after 30 days · Total Earning Potential: $24 - 26 per hr. Time commitment:
Full-time openings are available and exact schedules will be discussed with each candidate, but evenings and weekends will be required. You must be able to work at your computer throughout your entire shift (minus short breaks and a lunch period) while maintaining a noise and distraction-free environment.

Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service, Human Resources, or Payroll
Must have work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC), navigating through multiple computer systems and screens
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
Learn and adapt to evolving technology needs
Work both independently and with a team
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to meet payroll deadlines; handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
