Customer Service Rep

Location= Louisville, KY 40299

Shift Hours= First shift, Direct Hire, Full Time, M-F 8 am- 5 pm

Pay= $33,000- $35,000/year USD Depending on Experience

Experience = Entry level



Customer Service Rep Duties:

  • Determine key variables for costs and estimates
  • Research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, and production times
  • Use specific software to develop quotes
  • Build relationships with key vendors

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Confident in their customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Typing of 50 WPM
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong organizational skills
