Location: Honolulu, HI (Downtown)
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri: 8a-5p) *some flexibility

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Successfully responds to and logs routine calls, inquiries, and issues into the database system
- Logs and tracks inquiries that require further action and maintain pending files to ensure resolution
- Investigates problems and complaints, including reviewing responses from other departments and supervisors
- Assists with special or ongoing projects as assigned by supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum eighteen (18) months of recent and consecutive related work experience or working in a healthcare setting
- Computer Skills: 40+ WPM, Proficient in MS Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
