Job Description

The Candidate should be passionate about hospitality, inspiring to leaders and associates, and creative in Revenue Management. They must have the ability to manage a small hotel but add value to a growing company. A Culture fit is paramount for us and in turn, the candidate. If fun and hardworking are in your blood, we should talk.

Job Requirements

Candidate should have a working knowledge and skill set in all aspects of a select service hotel.

They should be willing to work 45 hours per week on average, including some nights, weekend and holidays.

Marriott system knowledge is a plus.

Skills and willingness to be part of the sales process is important.

The ability and desire to add value to a great culture both at property level and at MCHG is a MUST.

And just as important, this person better want to have fun and lead some incredible people!
