Job Requirements

As a Warehouse Production Associate, you must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. You must also be a team player with a solid work ethic who is always prompt, on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. It will also be important that you display exceptional attention to detail as well as the adaptability to move to a different position in the production line as required.

Specific qualifications for the Warehouse Production Associate position include:

  • Proven experience working on a manufacturing assembly line actually making a product rather than simply packing products
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Able to do repetitive work
  • Able to be on your feet and moving for an 8- to 12-hour shift
  • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse/production facility
  • Flexibility with regard to hours and scheduling
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Light quality-control experience a plus
  • Bilingual ability a plus

You will work in a warehouse environment, and it is important that you have a manufacturing background, as you will be working on a production line.

Job Responsibilities


As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will work as part of production line team, making and assembling products for a manufacturing company. Your performance will be measured by how many pieces your team finishes, so you must be a fast and efficient worker.

Your specific duties as a Warehouse Production Associate will include:

  • Assembling products as per supervisor’s instructions
  • Meeting or exceeding all team production goals on a consistent basis
  • Loading and unloading items from machines, conveyors and conveyances
  • Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Observing equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notifying operators of any malfunctions
  • Wearing all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times while in work areas
  • Performing general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
