Bilingual Customer Service Reps
Call Center for pay day loans/Northwest Houston - Beltway 8 and 290
Shift: 10am-630pm
Saturday ( Usually once a Month) You get to pick the Saturday you want to work!
Great family owned and operated company!
$13/hr.- Bilingual with $1 to $5/hr. bonus potential monthly after training.- also peak and holiday bonuses. You control your own bonus. Depending on Attendance and how many clients you can open as new clients or how many you can Re-open.
Bump at transition $0.25/hr. to $0.50/hr. and 100% medical, dental, vision 30 days after transition.
Temp to hire for 480 hours
Dress code- business causal, no graphic tee-shirts or spaghetti straps.
2 weeks of training and then 240 phone calls per day based on website applications. Position includes no cold calling.
