Denham Resources is a locally and family owned staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting company. Dave Denham and his wife, Kathy Bray, operate the business with their son, Joe Denham, and a staff that averages over 14 years’ experience with Denham. The company was originally founded in 1970 by Bud and Jean Denham and specialized in direct-hire placement and executive recruiting.
In 1983, in response to customer demand, Denham added temporary staffing to its service offerings. Denham was the pioneer in the region in combining staffing and executive search/direct hire placement-a model that many in the industry use today. The company also provides human resource consulting. Using an educational and preventative approach, this division is responsible for assisting companies with human resource issues. Although Denham is locally owned and serves Central California, its scope is national in the area of executive recruitment. Additionally, Denham’s membership in the national Independent Staffing Alliance gives its clients access to the option of national contracts for temporary or contract staffing.
