Payroll Implementation Analyst

In this position you will work with sales, the implementation team and your project manager to deliver our clients the best experience possible.   If you have payroll implementation experience or are a payroll professional currently working in the payroll/HCM environment and are detail oriented, enjoy working within a team atmosphere and delivering high quality solutions on time in an exciting environment this may be the role for you!


As a payroll implementation specialist, you will be responsible to implement  payroll and payroll related modules

You will consult with the client to gather details on their payroll needs, import data and configure NCR’s iSolved, and legacy, system to meet the client’s specifications

Support the client through their onboarding lifecycle by providing personalized support and training through testing and live payroll processing

Import Year-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date payroll and tax data into HCM platforms. Balance totals and research discrepancies that may arise, consulting with the client and tax department as needed

Coordinate gathering and configurating/converting client source data (i.e., .txt, .csv, etc.) to import ready files.   

On project managed major accounts you will collaborate with your project manager to create and execute project schedules that meet the timeline expectations of the client

On small business clients you will create and execute project schedules meeting the timeline expectations for multiple and complex projects

Contribute to the continues implementation process and procedure development efforts which may include updates to best practices, process and procedures

Manage day to day project activity including providing timely status updates, holding internal and external meetings 

Identify and mitigate project risk before critical milestones are impacted

For small business you will be responsible for establishing and communicating with clients to understand their business needs, set mutually agreed to onboarding timeline, establish clear expectations and leading the implementation process as the primary point of contact for the client

When necessary, collaborate with second level support to determine optimal configure of NCR’s HCM solution

Maintain working knowledge of payroll within the iSolved system and NCR’s legacy platforms

Perform other duties as required and assigned

 Education and Experience:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

A strong understanding of HCM products and an advanced payroll knowledge

Familiarity with Pennsylvania local taxability a plus

Prior experience with iSolved or other similar HCM/payroll systems required

FPC, CPP, SHRM or related certification are a plus

HCM Payroll Implementation background a plus
