* This Office Admin will support the quality department in maintaining the documentation system, quality records and scheduling travel arrangements for Domestic and International.
* Looking for candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables). PowerPoint a plus. Essential
* Candidate will be responsible for Documentation Control
* Manage the transfer and storage of hard copy and electronic documents
* Review documents for compliance to established procedures
* Manage controlled documents and issue documents as required
* Update other applicable databases when required
* Assist in the documentation of training activities and management of training records
* Documentation System Super User
* Provide training and help individuals comply with use of documentation control system
* Assist in organization and presentation of information to internal / external auditors
* General assistance duties such as coordination of schedules, International travel management
* Deal with external parties such as government and customers
* Communication with other company sites
* Administrate incoming & outgoing invoices as well as petty cash and cash book
* Responsible for basic HR topics
* Experience providing Administrative Support
* Attention to Detail
* Computer savvy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint a plus.
* Proficient in Excel Pivot Tables
