Job Description

Process bi-weekly payroll & any payroll tax filings

Process monthly employee benefit program invoices

Track employee paid time off

Preparation and distribution of annual Form W-2's, Form 1099's and payroll tax filings

Oversee annual workers compensation audit

Oversee completion of 401k plan Form 5500

Processing of checks and general administrative tasks

Oversee all phases of human resources including applicant processing; employee files; benefit programs which include health, dental, life and 401k; employee time off; unemployment and workers compensation claims; updates to employee manual and remaining current with all governmental employment laws and regulations

General Ledger Accounting a plus

This is a Part-Time 24-32 hours/week position only. 

Job Requirements

5+ years payroll processing for 75+ employees & employee benefit programs

Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations

Associates degree or higher preferred in Human Resources or Accounting but will consider candidates with vast experience

Great attention to details

Ability to work independently
