Creative Automation is located in Abbotsford, a small Central Wisconsin town in between Eau Claire and Wausau.
This exciting position provides an outstanding individual the opportunity to design, program and implement control systems for a wide array of automation. You will be challenged and rewarded on a daily basis!
Work with mechanical engineers to understand machine function
Specify all control hardware including: PLC's, HMI's, servos, VFD's, sensors, pneumatics, safety components, networking, vision
Build bill of materials
Design control schematic with AutoCAD
Ladder logic programming of PLC's
Servo sizing and control
System integration with other machinery manufacturers
In house testing and customer runoff
Interaction with customers throughout the design, build and installation processes
Travel to customer facility for start up as required, 15% travel
