CUSTOMER SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a committed Proactive Customer Service Agent who can work to ensure the long-term satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for establishing partnerships within your allocated territories, in coordination with key decision-makers. You will connect between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of our solutions to the needs of the consumer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct sales, promotions, customer support and campaign management on a regular basis.
Excel in our training program starting at the entry level to senior executives
Manage the execution and distribution of key client operations, optimize efficiency, rate of return, and find opportunities for expansion
Own all conflicts, troubleshooting, client campaign inquiries, publicity preparation, and primary deployments.
Create business partnerships by service quality and align your campaign needs with your constructive strategy.
Put your all into team building, development, and development effort.
