Arthur Grand Technologies is actively recruiting multiple roles to build our IT Staffing Business Development Team. We are currently looking for several Business Development Executives in major metro markets.
The ideal candidate should have experience leading sales efforts and prospecting in the IT Staffing or IT Consulting industry. Time will be spent in our office and on the road conducting meetings, building accounts, and working with the recruiting team. This position is for a hunter focused on new account generatio n. This is a full-time role, with salary, commission, health benefits, 401k and PTO.

Identify and engage customers that utilize third-party IT consulting and staffing firms.
Contact existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities for Arthur Grand Technologies service offerings (IT Staff Augmentation, Permanent Placement, and Contingent Workforce)
Build long term relationships and gain the trust of customers through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Network, build and maintain relationships with customer’s IT Hiring Managers, IT Managers, C-Level, and HR Departments.
Interact with customers to identify and document position requirements, interview follow-ups, etc.
Prospect for new accounts utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and others
Becomes an expert on our customers’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company.
Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients.
3+ years in account management / sales role within an IT Services company
Excellent verbal and written communication an d presentation skills
Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Extensive experience in LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
Self-starter that takes action without being instructed
Experience using Office 365 and MS Office Suite
Maintain new business development materials
Manage solution opportunities through new business development
Generating business through new sales
Move new business opportunities to running business
Cover all business development functions
Winning business and growing business
Find new business and grow existing business
Drive new event revenue through business development
Develop strategic business relationships and business plans with key strategic partners
Develop new business or retain existing business
Identify potential, new business development opportunities
Create and develop business development strategy
Manage project business development with clients
Maintain client business summaries in support of business development opportunities
Manage relationships with business development consultants
Mentor a marketing and business development team
Manage business development budgets and business development events in the territory
Identify new potential business opportunities
Provide status updates on existing business and new business development opportunities
Execute a business development strategy to grow business
