Front Desk – Concierge
Duties & Responsibilities:
Front Desk duties in general: answering calls, receiving guests, checking in guests, handling filing, organizing, opening and mailing letters, subscriptions, receiving packages, keeping the place neat, etc. Extremely professional and courteous manners required.
Location: Brickell, Downtown, Midtown and Coral Gables - Florida
- At least 2 years of RECENT administrative/front desk/reception experience.
- MUST have excellent English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Word & Excel.
- Very organized and Highly detail oriented
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Strict uniform enforced: Business Professional (No jeans, no sandals, no flip flops)
