Ohio Valley Goodwill needs a motivated, highly organized Site Project Manager to join our team. We're looking for an experienced, accountable professional who takes pride in their work, working with employees to constantly improve services.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of the Custodial Services Contract ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Directs and coordinates activities of multiple sites to meet contract specifications. May perform duties of absent site manager and Lead Custodians.
* High school graduate, some college or formal supervisory and janitorial training.
Minimum of 8 years in janitorial services and in management of projects of more than 500,000 square feet preferred.
* Experienced in providing janitorial and support services, ground maintenance, performance tracking, cause and corrective action planning on both commercial and internal projects.
* Familiar managing performance-based contracts, commercial and internal contracts, implementation and utilization of statements of work, standard operating policies and procedures, performance tracking and reporting, quality standards and inspection, customer satisfaction requirements, management and mentoring all workforce that includes individuals with severe disabilities.
Must pass an extensive criminal background check; pass drug test and random drug testing, and maintain a clean driving record.
This is a Full-Time, salary position.
