Job Requirements

As a Warehouse Associate, you must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. You must also be a team player with a solid work ethic who is always prompt, on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. It will also be important that you display exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

 

Specific qualifications for the Production Packer position include:

  • Previous experience using RF scanning gun
  • Basic math/counting skills
  • Good, clear visual ability, particularly for reading smaller print
  • Ability to be on your feet and moving for an 8 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse/production facility
  • Flexibility with regard to hours and scheduling
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Basic computer proficiency a plus
  • Warehouse RF scanner experience (as opposed to retail) a plus
  • Label-making experience a plus
  • Bilingual ability a plus

We are looking for General Warehouse Workers to place with a number of our client companies. You will work in a warehouse environment, and must be flexible with your hours depending upon the project to which you are assigned.

General Warehouse – Packing and Assembly Associate – Warehouse

Job Responsibilities


As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform production packing and assembly work for a warehouse or production company. Depending upon your assignment, you may be working with a conveyor belt.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Locating product in bins in your work area and pulling orders
  • Using an RF scanning gun to capture and record bar code data
  • Packaging and/or assembling product as per supervisor’s instructions
  • Placing finished product in tote container and sending it to the next production station
  • Keeping track of inventory in product bins and informing a supervisor when supply runs low
  • Performing light Quality Control to ensure that products are going to the correct areas
  • Performing general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
  • Meeting or exceeding all production goals on a consistent basis
