Green Key Resources in Rockville, MD is seeking an Executive Assistant to fill a temp to hire role. This role is with a non-profit organization located in Washington, DC. The position will be providing executive support to the CEO and the main functions of the role include the following:

  • Managing an extremely busy calendar
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas 
  • Preparing materials for presentations and speaking engagements
  • Handling all meeting logistics
  • Drafting various types of correspondence
  • Complete and submit expense reports
  • Maintain supplies and keep department in good working order
  • Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and efficiently hit deadlines
  • Capable of working independently as well as being a team player
  • Experience with meeting planning
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills  - written and oral
