
Looking for experienced, professional Customer Service Representatives to work in our busy contact center in Blue Ash.
Qualified associates will be answering inbound telephone call from customers related to service or order processing.
Promoting the organizations products and services
Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Will train on 1st shift for 2 weeks and then move to working 1pm - 9:30 pm M-F

Ability to troubleshoot systems issues with customers to provide a solution
