The Agents we bring on board must be disciplined and willing to work. The average first year insurance agent at FFL will earn $122,000 + annual income. We are able to do this with our structured training and lead program. Our mission at FFL is to make the families we protect and the families of our agents our number one priority.
Family First Life works on a 3-leg stool approach. It has to be good for the client, good for the agent, and it has to also be good for the company. We can help our clients with Final Expense Insurance, Retirement Planning, Mortgage Protection and more. To accomplish putting our clients first we work with multiple A rated insurance carriers to ensure we put our clients in the best possible protection.

Family First Life Insurance Agents are responsible for meeting with interested clients, all of whom have responded to a direct mailing or online ad requesting Life Insurance. Your job is to assist these clients in finding the best plan of protection for their families and getting them approved and qualified for the coverage.

This is a 1099 position. Typically, our employees make $40-60k+ Part time, $100-140k+ Full Time, $250k+ Management.
