PROPERTY ADVOCATES INTAKE ATTORNEY POSITION

At The Property Advocates, we truly believe that we are the right call for homeowners in the State of Florida to prevent the disaster in the home from becoming worse. We help our clients in their time of need when making their claims with their insurance companies, and we prevent the process from becoming the disaster after the disaster. Everyone at the Firm is not just an employee, they are members of a Team and every one of them helps us with our goal of delivering the best results for our Clients. We are the right call for the homeowners and we truly make their claim our claim as well.

Description

· The primary responsibility of the Intake Attorney is to support the Client Care Team, as needed, when they are speaking with potential clients. This could include, but is not limited to:

Answering legal questions the Team or potential client has;
Explaining to a potential client why the Property Advocates is the right call for them on their insurance claim; and,
Helping to capture the potential client and secure their confidence in The Property Advocates as their representative.
· The Intake Attorney must be available to join an active call with a potential client and help them in the retention process with the Firm. Once a potential client becomes a client, the client’s claim will be moved to the appropriate handling Department(s) within the Firm, who Team Members will then handle the claim/case.

· The Intake Attorney needs to share the Firm’s passion as what we can do for potential clients and have a commitment to the believe that the Firm is the right call for potential clients to help with their insurance claim.

· The Firm believes that the Intake Team is responsible for making a great first impression with potential clients and passionately communicating to potential clients why the Firm is the right call for their insurance claim.

· The ideal Intake Attorney candidate is motivated by results and is passionate about helping people. They believe in the firm and our mission of being the “right call” for the homeowner in their time of need, and preventing the disaster from becoming worse.

· This candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced Team environment, and is able to step into a variety of tasks with the end goal of retention by means of exceptional customer service.

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years of Plaintiff contingency fee litigation;

· First-Party Property Insurance experience is a plus;

· Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
