Job Description

Advance Reproductions Corporationis seeking a proven, self-motivated, customer servicerepresentative with experience in preparing jobs for production in an engineering manufacturing environment. You will act as liaison between sales, manufacturing  and customers. You will be responsible for entering customer requests into production assuring finished products are produced correctly, on-time and on-budget. You will also assist customers with production questions, job tracking updates and delivery options. If you have exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills and are eager to stand out and participate in a growing business, then we want to speak with you.

Ideal candidate will have a 1-2 years customer service experience in an engineering manufacturing environment; be proficient in computer usage utilizing Microsoft Office, and be familiar with ERP and CRM software.


Job Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

• Proven customer service development skills

• Assist sales with customer inquiries

• Assist customers with production, costs and delivery questions

• Stay abreast of new developments and technologies to find

optimum solutions for customers

• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

• Work well in a team oriented company
