Full Potential Solutions is recruiting a Sales Lead Manager for our upcoming training classes. In addition to a dynamic team environment, you’ll enjoy competitive benefits, generous incentives, and performance-based bonuses! This division will be reaching out to businesses who already have access to our High Speed Fiber Network, and we are looking to make connectivity improvements to their operations. You will be taking and making outbound calls to prospective C-class executives.
We offer $50,000 to $60,000 base pay with a sales bonus plan.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective business customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, and leads from our internal team.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Proven experience as tele-sales, fiber, cable, or other technology driven revenue stream representative or similar sales role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
