A dynamic global professional services company seeks a detailed and outgoing Executive Coordinator to join their team in a temp-to-hire capacity. The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and preparing mail. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a positive attitude and possess a high attention to detail. The salary for this role is $19/hour during the temporary period, and $40-50k once hired on permanently.
Responsibilities of the Executive Coordinator:
Answer main office phone and direct calls appropriately
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Provide direction and guidance to internal and external clients
Maintain inventory for office supplies
Manage catering requests and book conference rooms
Assist with mailings and projects; provide support to Office Services Coordinator as needed
Code and approve invoices and enter work orders
Additional tasks and projects as needed
Requirements of the Executive Coordinator:
1+ years of professional administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
The Executive Coordinator is a temp-to-hire position.
