Fast paced firm is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join their team. Work schedule Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Daily duties will include:
- Will provide full support to the Managing Director
- Travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reports, will handle monthly invoicing, reconcile credit card statements and will take care of all deposits
- Keep track on monthly ageing report
- Will draft correspondence and update contracts
- Will provide customer service when needed
- Order office supplies
Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience within a professional setting
Must be MS Office proficient
Have some prior accounting experience
Must have excellent writing abilities and strong communication skills
Multi-tasking abilities and be very organized
