Our client is seeking an Operations Manager for one of their top manufacturing operations. As the Operations Manager you will direct the day to day manufacturing efforts for a high speed Food manufacturing operation. Your ability to create a proactive, engaged, work environment through teaching, training, and monitoring results will determine your success in this role. Position reports to the Plant Manager.

* BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering – may consider AS Degree
* 3 years of prior Operations Leadership experience in a Food Mfg facility
* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing with exceptional training skills

* Ability to develop an engaged workforce
