We are hiring for Customer Care Representatives for a cable company in an inbound call center environment. We provide services for three different departments; billing, tech support, and retention. Depending on what department you are selected for, you would be receiving calls from customers who might have questions on their bills, assist with troubleshooting steps and or addressing complaints while increasing satisfaction and saving accounts. We are located on the far east side of El Paso, TX by Zaragoza and Pellicano.
• Six months experience in providing customer service
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type
• Must pass state, federal and criminal background check
• Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
• Navigate through computer applications with speed and accuracy
• The ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
• The ability to sit for long periods of time
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

Pay is $11-$11.25/hour plus bonus based off of performance once training is completed. Call center is open 7 days a week/365 days a year and we ask for open availability to be considered.
